B.  S Corporation Filings for Your New Idaho Corporation 

1.   Federal S-Corporation Election Form

  • apply for sales and use tax
  • Apply for income tax withholding
  • Apply for unemployment tax
  • Apply for Boise Auditorium District tax
  • Apply for travel and convention tax
  • Notify the Industrial Commission of your business

2.     Annual Report
 
All Idaho corporations and LLCs must file an annual report on or before November 1st of each year. A postcard will be sent to the Address in the Articles. You may file this online at http://www.sos.idaho.gov/online/corpar2/login.jsp
